- Ken Hockycko
- Managing Partner
- Ken spent 24 years as a Navy fighter pilot. During his tenure, he commanded in combat, graduated from TOPGUN, and served as Speechwriter to the Secretary of the Navy, a Legislative Fellow to a U.S. Senator, and a Defense Ventures Fellow. Post-military, he consulted for Washington DC-based venture capital, defense tech, and lobby firms while co-founding Dauntless Advisory. Ken holds a BS in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy, an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a FINRA Series 65 license.
- Anna Huddleston
- Operations Manager
- Anna is a 23-year Navy spouse who is the backbone of both her immediate and Dauntless families. She has served as a business owner and Athletic Director, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Anna holds a BA in Business Management, Marketing, and Support Services from DePaul University and North Central College and an MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.
- Tom McMahon
- Strategic Advisor
- Tom has been part of an Army and Navy family for more than 21 years. He is COO for the office of a high net-worth family and has held leadership positions in New Media Technology companies, including Advertising.com, AOL, and Videology. Tom was previously a corporate/ private equity attorney at Hogan Lovells. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Mary Washington and a JD from the George Washington University.

- Lucas is a former Navy fighter pilot and TOPGUN graduate who advises Dauntless on investment philosophy. He is CEO of Atomic Insights, a FinTech platform serving registered investment advisors, and has 13 years of experience in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs and Jordan Park. He also serves on the Board of Directors at the Military Officers Association of America and is Chairman of the Marines’ Memorial Foundation. Lucas holds a BS from the U.S. Naval Academy and a JD/MS from Stanford University.

- Roy is a former Navy weapon systems officer who advises Dauntless on risk management. He serves as a Project Manager at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics lab and holds a BS in Physics from MIT, an MS in Aeronautical Engineering from Stanford University, a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a FINRA Series 65 license.
- Jeff Rogers
- Strategic Advisor
- Jeff is a former Navy fighter pilot who advises Dauntless on corporate strategy. He is COO at AMP Energy and has held leadership roles at Meta, Riot Games, and Boston Consulting Group. Jeff holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
